Creation of renowned Israeli artist – This is a unique shofar with a serial number and a part of limited edition.
This shofar with a menorah and the word “Jerusalem” in Hebrew, reminds one of Psalm 43:3. David beseeched God to send out His light and truth, and to lead him to the holy hill, the site of God’s dwelling. The menorah gave light within the Temple, God’s house, in the center of Jerusalem on God’s holy hill.
Each shofar is hand-carved in Israel and tested for sound quality.

“You are to make a menorah of pure gold. It is to be made of hammered work; its base, shaft, cups, ring of outer leaves and petals are to be of one piece with it. (Exodus 25:31)

The shofar is spoken of frequestly in scripture beginning at Exodus 19. where the blast of a shofar emanating from the thick cloud on Mount Sinai makes the Israelites tremble in awe.
The shofar is used to announce the new moon and the Jubilee year. The first day of the seventh month (Tishrei) is termed “a memorial of blowing”. Also they are sued to ‘sound the alarm’ (Joel 2) and signifying the start of a war. Later, they were also employed in the temple orchestra by King David.
