Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

How long it will take to receive the gifts from Jerusalem?

During the checkout process you can select from the shipping options your preferred shipping method. The following are approximate times for delivery to U.S, Canada and Europe. Delivery times for South Africa, South America and Australia can take longer:

  • - Registered Air Mail - Typically 14-21 days delivery from time of posting
  • - EMS (Express Mail Service) - Typically 4-7 Business days from time of posting
  • - Surface/Boat - Typically 6-12 weeks delivery from time of posting.
Can I add a product to my order after it has been placed.?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible after your order is placed and we shall update with any additional item you need.

  • - Tell us the SKU number of the product you wish to add
  • - Let us know the quantity of the products you want to add
Can I send someone a gift direct from Zak's Jerusalem Gifts in Jerusalem?

Yes, we shall be happy to send you gift direct to the someone special in your life:

  • - During checkout simply add the recievers address for shipping
  • - Please remember to add the receivers phone number for postal delivery purposes

Do you have a refund and exchange policy?

Yes, if for any reason you are not satisified with your order please let us know:

  • - If damage has occured in transit we shall replace as soon as possible
