The Ark of Covenant was the only piece of furniture in the ‘Most Holy Place’ also called the Holy of Holies. It was visited but once each year by the high Priest, on the day of Atonement, when he would enter the Most Holy Place to make ” atonement for the sin of the people.”

The Ark of the Covenant is a gold-covered wooden chest with lid cover described in the Book of Exodus that contained the two stone tablets of the Ten Commandments, Aaron’s rod and a pot of manna.
This wonderfully made ornament is a great tool for ministry bible studies, Sunday school.
