Orders and Shipping

The usual processing time is 1-3 business days.

On checkout you can choose your preferred shipping option.

Registered Air Mail: Delivery typically 14-21 days from time of posting. (Add 10 days for Africa, Asia and Australia)
EMS: Express Mail Service: Delivery typically 5-8 days from time of posting. (Add 5 days for Africa, Asia and Australia)

To change a shipping address after an order is placed, please contact us

After your order has been processed you shall receive an order status update.

The next update shall be when your order has been shipped.

We shall send you an order shipped update that shall include your tracking information.

Credit card details are not kept on file.

We ship globally to all nations (just very few exceptions)

Yes, your order shall be shipped in one package.

There are a few exceptions. Mainly if a package is over 20KG / 44 Lbs

Returns and Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please let us know what the problem is.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We shall resolve any error as soon as possible
