Biblical Yemenite shofar from Jerusalem – Fully Polished.
The shofar often symbolizes the voice of God in the Old Testament. When God spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai, the onlooking Israelites heard loud blasts from a shofar. At the end of time, God will descend from Heaven with another loud shofar blast to gather His people home.

The shofar is spoken of frequently in scripture beginning at Exodus 19. where the blast of a shofar emanating from the thick cloud on Mount Sinai makes the Israelites tremble in awe.
