“THE LORD’S SUPPER” Olive wood rectangle tray with natural bark and 6 cups set – made in the Holy Land.
Hand carved by local Christian artists in the town of Jesus’ birth, Bethlehem.
Throughout the Old Testament, God’s wrath is described as being stored in a cup. Jesus prayed in the garden, “let this cup pass from me.” He was facing drinking the cup of the wrath of God in our place! On the cross, he said “I thirst!” He was saying, “Father, I am ready for the cup now!” After that, He said, “It is finished!” Then He died.
Lord’s Supper communion set includes 1 olive wood plate and 6 olive wood cups.
