This unique work of art shofar also features a cluster of grapes.

King David incorporated the shofar into the musical ceremonies of the ancient Tabernacle. Later the shofar was used in Temple worship as well. When you hear the sound of this ancient instrument, you can imagine yourself back in the days of the Bible.

Creation of a family run business in Israel who have been making uniquely decorated biblical shofar for generations.

Each decorated shofar is handmade in the Holy Land and tested for sound quality before shipping.

The shofar is used to announce the new moon and the Jubilee year. The first day of the seventh month (Tishrei) is termed “a memorial of blowing”. Also they are sued to ‘sound the alarm’ (Joel 2) and signifying the start of a war. Later, they were also employed in the temple orchestra by King David.
