Classic menorah from Israel with biblical ‘almond blossom’ design.
When the people rebelled against Moses and Aaron in the desert God showed them a sign: Aaron’s rod budded. It brought forth flowers and almonds in a demonstration of God’s favor on these two leaders. This was how God showed that He had chosen the house of Levi to minister before Him.

The almond tree is the first tree in Israel, which awakes from its winter sleep to life and blooms. Therefore, the white almond blossom is a symbol of life and purity.
This menorah can be used with either olive oil (in cups) or with candles.
Three cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms are to be on one branch, three on the next branch, and the same for all six branches extending from the lampstand.
